How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Add your card, try everything, and cancel anytime during the trial without paying a cent. If you keep it, billing simply starts on day 15.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, free forever, on unlimited sites, with every released DevDome plugin included. No credit card required. You only upgrade when you need more data, history or faster monitoring.
What happens if I hit a usage limit?
Your sites keep running. We do not hard-cut your service the moment you cross a limit: you get a warning in your dashboard with time to upgrade or trim usage before anything changes.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. To upgrade, complete checkout on the higher plan and it takes effect immediately; contact billing and we refund the unused remainder of your previous plan. To downgrade, contact billing and we switch you at the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel?
Request cancellation from your Billing page, which takes you straight to billing support. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then your account simply continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, handled securely by our payment provider. Card details never touch our servers, and an invoice is issued for every payment.
