Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DevDome.com and related services provided by DevDome (“DevDome”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using DevDome, you agree to these Terms.

1

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws.

2

Services

DevDome provides website analytics, site health monitoring, WordPress plugins, tools, content, newsletters, alerts, downloadable resources, and related services. Some features require a free account.

We may change, add, suspend, or remove features at any time.

3

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • keep your login credentials secure
  • be responsible for activity under your account
  • notify us of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.

4

Newsletter

No DevDome feature currently requires a newsletter subscription. Unsubscribing does not remove access to anything.

If we ever gate a feature on an active subscription, we will say so on that feature before you rely on it, not only here.

5

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law
  • abuse, scrape, attack, or overload the Services
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls
  • impersonate others
  • use the Services to send spam or harmful content
  • copy or redistribute protected content or data in a way that violates our rights or the rights of others
6

No professional advice

DevDome provides general information and tools only. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, trademark, or investment advice.

You are responsible for your own due diligence.

7

Data, tools, and third-party services

We may display analytics data, site health reports, tools, offers, affiliate links, or third-party services.

We do not guarantee:

  • completeness of analytics data (browsers, networks, and blockers can prevent collection)
  • perfect accuracy of bot detection or visitor classification
  • SEO performance
  • traffic outcomes
  • uninterrupted availability of monitoring checks
  • accuracy of third-party data

You are responsible for your own checks before acting on any data or using any service.

8

Intellectual property

The DevDome name, branding, design, text, software, and content are owned by DevDome or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit DevDome materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9

User feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without obligation or compensation unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10

Third-party links

DevDome may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, policies, or actions.

11

Disclaimers

DevDome is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DevDome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

13

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if needed to protect the Services, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

14

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

15

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16

Paid plans, billing and refunds

Some DevDome services are offered as paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • DevDome paid plans are sold and charged through our authorized reseller and merchant of record, 2Checkout (Verifone), a reseller that processes your payment, appears on your card statement, and issues your receipt
  • any VAT or sales tax due is calculated and collected at checkout by the merchant of record, based on your location; business customers who provide a valid VAT ID may qualify for reverse charge where it applies
  • subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled
  • you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • plan upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • paid plans may include usage limits, which are described on the Pricing page
  • if a renewal payment fails and cannot be collected after automatic retries, your account may be moved to the free plan

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
