How do I download my invoice as a PDF?
Click Download PDF / Print. Your browser opens its print dialog showing only the invoice document, with no site menus or buttons. Choose Save as PDF as the destination to download the file, or pick a printer for a paper copy. The output is formatted cleanly for A4 and Letter.
What should my invoice number be?
Use a unique, sequential number for every invoice, such as INV-0001, INV-0002 and so on. Sequential numbering keeps your bookkeeping auditable and makes payments easy to reference. This tool suggests the next number automatically based on the last one you used.
Which currencies does the invoice maker support?
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and JPY, each with correct symbol placement and formatting. Dollar and pound amounts show the symbol before the number, euro amounts use the European style, and Japanese yen is formatted without decimal places.
Can I add my company logo to the invoice?
